What is the difference between SME Internet and Business Internet?

SME Internet suits offices, shops and small organisations. Business Internet is for larger organisations: dedicated capacity, public IPs, backup links and site interconnection, with commitments defined in the contract.

Do you provide public IP addresses?

Yes. NBS holds its own IP resources (AS329207, registered with AFRINIC) and assigns public addresses according to your project.

Can you provide a backup link?

Yes. We design a primary and a backup path — fibre, radio or satellite — to limit interruptions.

How do I connect my head office and branches?

We build a private network between your sites (VPN, layer 2 or layer 3 links), tailored to your applications and security.

How long does activation take?

The site survey is completed within 24 hours. Installation then takes between 24 and 72 hours depending on the technology. NBS phone support is available 24/7.
